The role involves managing on-ground operations, ensuring smooth execution of field activities, building strong relationships with customers/clients, and supporting the sales or service teams. The position requires active field presence, coordination, planning, and problem-solving to achieve organizational goals.
Execute and monitor all field-related activities as per company standards.
Visit clients, vendors, or sites for inspections, follow-ups, and operational needs.
Manage and guide field executives to meet daily/weekly targets.
Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Prepare daily field reports and submit activity updates to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and quality parameters.
Identify operational gaps and recommend on-ground improvements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong field coordination and time management skills.
Ability to lead a small field team (for Field Manager).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience for Field Officer; 3–6 years for Field Manager.
Experience in sales, service, operations, logistics, or field activities preferred.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (as per job requirement).
