The Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Corporate Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support business development, and strengthen corporate relationships. The role involves managing brand communication, digital presence, campaigns, events, and strategic collaborations to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Plan and implement corporate marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
Develop and maintain strong corporate branding through various channels including digital, print, and events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and corporate communication.
Drive lead generation and brand awareness through social media, email marketing, and PR activities.
Manage corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorships.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Prepare marketing reports and performance analytics to evaluate ROI of campaigns.
Support sales teams with marketing collateral and presentations for client engagement.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
3–6 years of experience in corporate or B2B marketing.
Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and corporate communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
