Job Summary:
The OT Manager oversees all operations of the Operation Theatre, ensuring efficiency, sterility, and adherence to surgical protocols. The position requires leadership and technical expertise to coordinate surgical teams and optimize theatre utilization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise OT staff, schedule surgeries, and allocate resources effectively.

• Maintain surgical equipment and ensure strict sterilization standards.

• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams for smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory, procure surgical supplies, and maintain usage records.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing with 6–8 years of OT experience, including supervisory roles.
