Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports management in creating a positive and productive work culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRMS regularly.

  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.

  • Coordinate training and development programs and evaluate effectiveness.

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Support management in performance evaluation, appraisals, and retention initiatives.

  • Organize engagement activities to promote employee motivation and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations preferred.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools, knowledge of labor regulations, attention to detail, confidentiality, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
