Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports management in creating a positive and productive work culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRMS regularly.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
Coordinate training and development programs and evaluate effectiveness.
Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support management in performance evaluation, appraisals, and retention initiatives.
Organize engagement activities to promote employee motivation and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools, knowledge of labor regulations, attention to detail, confidentiality, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
